Who we are


Global Networks is registered in the U.S. as a 501c3 non-profit corporation, engaged in facilitating collaborations for a sustainable world. We help individuals and institutions to design, implement, monitor and evaluate capacity development programs for public benefit. We have collaborated with local development partners in many countries to help meet short-term objectives in pursuit of their long-term national and millennium goals. Center for Rapid Qualitative Inquiry

James completed the revision of Rapid Qualitative Inquiry (RQI) Field Guide to Team-Based Assessment. RQI is useful at various stages of a program cycle.

Mark is the associate vice chancellor for academic affairs at Washington State University (WSU) Everett, Mark also teaches at WSU’s hospitality business management program. It's focus is on operating hotels, restaurants, managed services venues, and tourist destinations and attractions worldwide.
