James completed the revision of Rapid Qualitative Inquiry (RQI) Field Guide to Team-Based Assessment. Read more. RQI is useful at various stages of a program cycle.

Maria just completed her work with the NATO-funded Afghanistan Research and Education Network (AfgREN). She is currently helping TechNation with its IT projects -- TechAfghanistan and Ibtikaar.

Mark teaches at WSU’s hospitality business management program. It's focus is on operating hotels, restaurants, managed services venues, and tourist destinations and attractions worldwide.

Jerri combines her love of art, creativity, and culture in her courses. In her spare time, she designs and creates jewelry and travels to the most interesting locations.

Bob has relished telling the story of Operation Firefly -- about the secret mission of the 555th Parachute Infantry Battalion or the Triple Nickles - America's first all-black parachute infantry test platoon, company, and battalion. 

Center for Digital Inclusion

Lilia is driven to promoting and implementing the value of assessments and continuously measuring outcomes to improve student learning. A combination of business and academia lends a keen eye in linking departmental and institutional performance.
